Our Kitchen Facilities
UFC owns two central kitchens and is in the process of developing a third central kitchen to support its growing operations in its homegrown dining experience, international brands and catering and confectionary business lines.
The two central kitchens cover approximately 1,000 square meters each and are fully supplied with the most innovative and advanced cooking equipment used by renowned chefs around the world. Our investment in our kitchen infrastructure plays a significant role in the quality we aim to serve our dine-in guests and delivery orders with as well as supports our long-term strategy and growth plans.
These kitchens follow the best in practice regulations and applications, including those mandated by the food safety management system, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), in addition to being certified by ISO.
"The Hub", the second central kitchen, was recently inaugurated and serves to expand innovating food offerings to add confectionaries, pastry, bakery and gifting. The Hub will also serve as an additional support kitchen to making desserts specific to the Company’s high-end dining brand, as well as being the central research and development (R&D) premise for all of UFC’s brands.
